How often do you service my pool?

It depends on your pool but most residential pools are serviced once a week four times a month .

Are chemicals included in your cleaning service?

Yes. We provide the chemicals that are included in the monthly service (Chlorine, Muriatic Acid, and Chlorine Tabs). We charge extra for any other chemicals that needed. (Phosphate remover, algaecide, Conditioner etc.

Do you add water to the pool?

We prefer not to add water to your pool for two reasons. First, our insurance will not cover flooding due to filling a pool. Second, filling your pool is time consuming and would be a big expense to you should we have to stay. We will gladly show you how to fill your pool.

Do you take a vacation

We take 4 one-week vacation per year. Vacation is taking usually off season. Spring, Thanksgiving week, between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

How do I prevent algae growth?

First things first. Make sure the filter is clean, baskets are not clogged, and your basic water chemistry is balanced. (i.e. chlorine, pH., conditioner) If problems persist we like to start with phosphorus removers and then move to copper/silver algaecides.

How quickly can you start on my pool?

This is a great question. Usually we are able to meet with you within 24 hours while 48 hours being the absolute longest in very rare cases.  We very rarely have a delay of more than 2 business days before we can get started on any type of job you may have. Are you a contract only based pool company?

No, but we understand how contracts can scare people off. Because of that we do not require contracts for our service. We want the quality of our service to keep you.
We do require to have our clients to sign a maintenance agreement (not a contract) because meeting your expectations is our number one priority. It spells out our services and policies and you know exactly what services are covered so it really is a win-win.

How do I pay you?

We prefer check, venmo or zelle but also accept credit card (3% fee apply).payment
